One set of dates, read two ways.

The timeline shows how long each item is live, grouped by channel. The calendar lists each item once, on the day it launches. Both read the same records, so they always agree.

Built for the weekly planning meeting.

An information tool first: plain dates, clear owners and status you can read at a glance, on a laptop, a shared screen or a phone.

  1. 01

    Keep the work together

One initiative holds every billboard, flyer, email and post for a campaign, promotion, event or project, with owners, files and preparation status.

  2. 02

    Give every launch a date

Dates are calendar dates in your organization’s timezone. “Last day live” is inclusive, and items without dates stay visible until someone schedules them.

  3. 03

    Archive when promotion ends

The day after the last promotional item ends, the initiative moves to the archive with its files and dates kept. Nothing is deleted.
